“Why is Maria's net pay lower this cutoff?”
Theo traces her entry line by line and shows what changed. If your role can't view calculation details, you get a shorter answer with the formulas hidden.
“What's the attendance coverage for this run?”
You get a coverage figure for the pay period, like "Coverage for run 42: 87%," so you know whether time logs are complete before you process.
“Summarize recent payroll runs.”
Period, status and totals for your last five runs, in one reply.
“How many pending leave requests do I have?”
The total, how many are still pending, and up to five recent ones with employee, status and dates.

How Theo handles your data
Theo only sees what the person asking is allowed to see, and only inside their own company.
- Same permissions as the app. Each lookup checks the same permission as the matching screen. If your role doesn't have it, the lookup is refused and Theo tells you.
- One company at a time. Every lookup is limited to your company, and a conversation belongs to the user who started it.
- No changes without your yes. A change needs a role that's allowed to make it, plus your explicit confirmation.
- Switched on deliberately. Theo is enabled per company, and only for the roles on its allowed list.
Clock in from the phone. Approve from the dashboard.
The YAHSHUA One mobile app is where your team clocks in and files requests. It's currently available on Google Play for Android only, and everything syncs to the payroll web app under one account.
Clock in with a face or an ID.
Employees pick their company in Kiosk, then time in and out with facial recognition or their system ID. Geo-fencing validates where each clock-in happens.
File requests from the phone.
Employees file requests such as leave under Self-service and see what's still pending.
Approve from anywhere.
Managers approve requests from any device, and the same requests appear in the web app's approval workspace.
Syncs on its own.
Logs and requests sync to the cloud as soon as the device is online. Clock-ins show up under Timesheets, then Attendance, in the web app.
